User experience can be defined as the overall experience you have when you are using or interacting with something.

Convenience is the king. What makes a system convenient is quite often what makes it usable.

User’s overall experience with your products or services could very well make the difference between whether they will buy, and more importantly, their loyalty, whether they will come back to buy again. So it’s clearly have the business sales pipeline impact.

Conduct usability tests to iterate on designs.
5). Think like your users
UX design and development is difficult to develop at the same time.

The success of user experience is to completely understand your prospects needs and transform yourself into the user. Engage with them and get the constructive feedbacks and keep improving.
